HELP SLOW STARTING OUTLOOK SINCE CLEARCONTEXT INSTALED

Hi,
last week we purchase 4 clearcontext licenses and since we installed the plugin outlook is very slow (2-3 minutes) oppening.....
The clearcontext welcome screen it's frozen for a 3 minutes...

WE use outlook 2007 and exchange 2007 through https connection.

please any help?

Performance problems are often caused by either a corrupt datafile, or one that is too large. Please try the tips here:

I am having issues with ClearContext installed with Outlook 2010 (32 bit) on Windows 7. It loads but it is VERY slow. The CPU spikes to 25 % and it I have to wait 8 minutes before it is ready.
