Hi,

I know that the functionality to archive a project does not currently exist, and so my question is how to elegantly handle "archiving a project"?

How do you remove those projects which you might never ever touch again, from sight?...but still need to refer to it

How does others do it?

Regards
George

The way we recommend archiving projects is:

1) Create an archive PST/Mail file and keep it attached to Outlook
2) Make sure that the archive mail file is DISABLED in the ClearContext->Options screen
3) Use the built in Outlook archive function to move all Project messages to the archive folder
4) delete the now empty Project folder in your main Outlook mail file
5) if you have any outstanding Tasks and Calendar items, either complete or delete them

If you are using filing to a single Processed mail folder, the process is slightly different, substitute the following steps:
3a) Go to your Processed Mail folder, group by category, select the Project messages and manually move them to your archive mail file
4a) In the filing/project window, clicking on Options and Edit Projects and Suggestions to delete the archived Project
