Office 365 Clear Context will not load

I have just moved to Office 365 and am having trouble getting ClearContext to load.
Windows 10 OS on a Surface Pro 4.
Clear Context download version 7.1.0.2750

When I open add-ins, i tick the box for ClearContext.
Shut down Outlook and restart and box is unticked.

I am not using any other third-party add-ins.
Am on Exchange.
I have changed files to "retain all" in the account setting.

Other ideas?

The first thing to check is if ClearContext is in the disabled add-ins list, which is separate from the regular add-ins list. Instructions here:

If that doesn't help, please check to see if the 32/64 bit versions of Outlook and ClearContext match. You can check the Outlook setting by going to the Outlook About screen and viewing the version number. There will be a label indicating 32 or 64 bit by the full version number.

The default download of ClearContext is 32 bit, and to obtain the 64 bit one, there is a separate link on the download page.

If you find that you need to switch 32/64 bit versions, please shut down Outlook and uninstall ClearContext from the Windows Control Panel before proceeding.

Did a fresh install of 64 bit, that seems to be working.
