Issue with CC and Outlook 2007 connected to Exchange

I just upgraded to Outlook 2007 and am connected to our Corporate Exchange 2003 server. I am also connected via blackberry to BES. I have installed version 3.10 of CC but each time I load outlook I get an error saying that outlook has to shut down. I then get a box that says "outlook experienced a serious error with the 'clearcontext add-in" and it advised me to disable it.

Any suggestions.

Try some basic mail file maintenance and see if that makes a difference. In particular try running SCANPST multiple times as dictated here. If that doesn't help try creating a new profile and rebuilding your mail file from the server.

We have changed the way IMS connects to Exchange in IMS v4 . This may have an impact on this issue. To take advantage of the feature, download your address book via Tools > Send/Receive. Thanks.
