Creating CC folders as top level folders in a pst file

I have just tried to create my primary CC folders as the top level folders in a pst file.
I created a pst file and gave it a name 'Active Folders'
I then tried set the (primary) Message Store to point to this:
* I selected the Active Folders pst file in the drop down
* I entered / into the 'Location of the Clear Context Topic folders' field
* Clicked OK
and got an error message.
I ended up entering a folder name 'Current' into the 'Location of the Clear Context Topic folders' box - so Clear Context is now creating all my CC folders two levels down.
As I only intended to use this pst file for my Clear Context folders, there is an element of redundancy here. It means I have to open up an extra level of folder every time I want to navigate to my Clear Context folders
Is there a way round this?
Thanks
