Why is action when replying to email defaulting to "Delete"

Postby dmcollie » Fri May 29, 2009 3:01 am

Hi

I want it to default to file to topic but it's going to delete instead which means that I keep losing the original message.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Dave

Change the value of Original Message on your reply. When issuing an Original Message command from a reply, task, or appointment, ClearContext remembers the action you last took and defaults to it the next time you process a message. The last action is remembered for two different states - messages that initially have topics assigned to them and items that do not.
